Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. If an error occurs (such as duplicate payment), we will review and process corrections where applicable.

Events & Sponsorships

Refunds for sponsored events or partnerships will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on agreement terms.
